In order to ensure the safety of our employees, they must first complete occupational safety training. According to the position of our employee, we first provide two-month practical training and accelerate the adaptation process. Afterwards, in line with these gradual trainings, they are expected to fulfill their responsibilities.

  1. High School Internship: We manage our internship program so that technical and vocational high school students can put their knowledge into practice. Depending on the conditions of the school, the internship period varies between 4 and 12 months.
  2. Technical University Internship: We offer internship opportunities to students who are already enrolled in technical universities. The duration of this internship program, which helps students gain competence and adapt to business life, varies between 3 and 6 months.
  3. University Internship: For students who are already enrolled in a university, we provide internship opportunities according to the department they are studying. The internship duration varies between 1 and 2.
